We offer free ground shipping within the United States on all orders over $99.No membership or subscription required.

2. Flat Rate Shipping

For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 12–48 hours.

Processing takes place Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery Coverage

Delivery is available to most destinations within the United States, excluding the following regions:

Guam (GU), American Samoa (AS), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), and Northern Mariana Islands (MP).

Shipping Schedule

Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other unforeseen factors.

Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.

Please note: Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled. Orders that have already shipped are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for cancellation.

For large orders shipped via LTL freight, customers are kindly asked to verify the received quantity upon delivery; any missing items should be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of receipt or reported to us immediately with clear photo evidence, as claims submitted after delivery confirmation may not be eligible for review.

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for the affected item(s), including the related shipping cost.
