Please note: if your order has been transferred to processing it cannot be canceled. Once an order has shipped, it will be considered a fulfilled order and cannot be canceled.

There are times where we will ship large orders by LTL and customers will need to make sure to verify receiving quantity, any missing unit will need to be noted on the bill of landing or email us immediately with photo images of the received goods, otherwise, we will not be responsible for the missing products.

If the order was unable to deliver by the carrier, please contact us in a timely matter, fail to do so will result in a $300 return shipping + 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded for the item(s) and the shipping costs for said item(s).

Sometimes you just have to return an item - we’ve all been there. We’d like to make this process as simple as possible for you! We accept most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the returned product. If the return is not a result of damage or an error made by our team then the customer is responsible to pay the return shipping costs.

Some of the products in our clearance section are final sale and are not eligible to be returned. These products will be clearly marked with either "All Sales Final" in the bullets, or will have a discontinued flag over the Image. We also do not accept international returns.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse the refund will be processed within 3 business days. Once it's been processed you'll receive an email confirmation for the refund. Please note that if the payment was by credit card it can take an extra 2-3 business days to show up on your credit card statement.

Please note:

Customers are responsible to inspect their orders and report any damages made to the products in shipment within 3 days of receiving their order. Proof of damages must be provided via email. Any claims about damaged goods after the 3 day inspection period will not be re-shipped.
